| A while back I wanted to come up with the strangest name for a band that I could think of; the result was "The Haitian Puffer Fish Zombies". Since their creation, they have come out with several albums, done a movie soundtrack, and released very strange singles that might or might not be available. This band does not exist, this band never existed, well, I am the band, the band is me, it's shall we say my pseudonym in a way. I won't list the albums they've created, but, I will say a short article (also fictitious) was written about them. But that article might or might not be available. It all depends. The band members are Zit, Brains (or Brainiac), Ancient Man and, one other whose name I can never remember. Maybe he's forgettable? Or perhaps it's simply because he does not exist so it's not really that important. But don't tell him I said that. The Band died when their first album was released, then disappeared into nothing after their last album was released. You got it, they died, then some time later they disappeared. It seems someone was channeling their music, but, I don't know who, or I am unwilling to say. Whatever the case, they are gone, retired, moved on, headed for better places, having a rest, pushing up the daisies. But their music and odd reputation lives on. To quote the guy whose name I can't remember, "We broke the light fantastic and tripped over the world, while spinning in circles at the speed of sound, and no one was the wiser for it, we simply ran out of steam, or, we just got bored of it all and took the easy way out." Don't ask me what this means, I can't find the guy who said it, he simply does not want to be found, or does not exist, but don't tell him I said that. -- Dedicated to The Band That Came Back From the Dead, Made No Waves, And Left Without Much Of A Fuss THPFZs |
